All of fish or invertebrates are individually packed in their own plastic bags, so your fish will have higher chance to survive.

DOCUMENT & HANDLING FEES

Certificate Of Origin (Form - A) : USD 30.00 (If required)
Any document required to arrange your shipment should be prepared & specify to avoid any delays in the shipment. All required documentation only will be apply only upon request and the documentation charges will be included in the invoice.

DELIVERY TIME
A minimum of Seven (7) days are required to allow time for fulfilling all the documentation required and for the conditioning of fish for export. Shipment time is subject to and dependent on the availability of air cargo space.

FREIGHT CHARGES
Freight charges are varied depending on destination, Airlines, and Weight. These charges are determined by the airlines. Contact us to get a quote.

D.O.A & CLAIMS
All D.O.As must be reported to us within 24 hours of the shipment's arrival. Any flight delay or carrier mishandling procedure that caused boxes arrive damaged or loss can’t be claims to us. All customers must know how to properly acclimitise after receiving the shipment. Claims must be attached within the picture of D.O.A. above 5% .The replacement will be processed on the next shipment We can’t accept any claims if we don’t  met our terms of failure condition as follows.

PAYMENT TERMS
All our product prices are quoted in US DOLLARS, F.O.B. Denpasar ( Bali) , Indonesia.  Prices are subject to change without notice. We  will only process the customer order after received the customer’s advanced payment from the proforma invoice.

Advanced payment required for all new customers. We will send your order at the earliest available flight prior receiving advance payment in our bank account.
