- Request order should be made through IndoExoticFish’s stocklist and send via Fax or E-mail.

- The customer confirm IndoExoticFish’s proforma invoice including the freight rate, packing charges and other charges apply for the shipment.

- We will inform customer about the flight information and possibility early shipment

- The customer send the payment to our Bank Account.

- All required document will be send via Fax or E-mail 24 – 36 hours before shipment arrival.
