What are your minimum purchase requirements?

Due to other charges applied for a shipment, We require a minimum order of 100 kgs which is approximately 8 boxes of fishes or 6 boxes of corals for best reasonable landed cost of each items.

What are our payment terms?

Payment can be made by transfer to our Bank Account.

Are you able to special order items?

Yes we can accept special order items, but we cant  guarantee the availability your specific request in a certain time. Many species are seasonal and unavailable at different times throughout the year. We will inform you and arrange the shipment if we can fulfill your special order request

Shipping & Acclimatization

How long will it take to have my shipment arranged?

Shipment schedule depend on the availability option for airlines / carrier flight schedule. We try to get the best possible flight schedule & routing to arrange your shipment.

How is the airline space availability?

We will inform you the availability space option schedules for airlines / carrier after we get information from cargo service. We will try to get the best possible carrier and routing to arrange the shipment.

What document is required for the shipment clearance?

Required document may be vary depend on the destination. It means all required documentation will be applied only upon request and the documentation charges will be included in the invoice. Generally a Health Certificate for fish product required, shipment invoice are needed for shipment clearance. Some destination may need Certificate of Origin Form- A and other relevant documents that are made compulsory by respective local authorities.

How the fish packed?

All of our fishes will be shipped with fresh sea water .Fishes are packed in heavy duty polyethylene bags custom made for each item to insure safe arrival. In addition, most of our bags utilize newspaper liners to further reduce fish stress. Each bag is filled with fresh saltwater (not the water from the collection containers) and pure oxygen is added for fish respiration. Boxes are requested to be shipped on the carrier’s container with proper temperatures along shipping routes. We use Styrofoam inner boxes and corrugated outer cartons for all shipments

How should we acclimate our fish and inverts upon arrival?

Acclimatization is highly required to reduce the possibility of  stress & death fish. We recommend that boxes should be opened and fish be acclimated in low light to reduce fish stress. For most species, bags should be floated for 20 -30 minutes in the tanks that will house them to compensate for water temperature differences. However, if there is any indication that the water has fouled, it is recommended that the bag is floated for no more than 15 minutes and the inhabitant should immediately be released to clean water. It is always recommended that you have an idea of the Salinity and pH of the water used for shipping. This will allow you to adjust your system as necessary. Drastic changes in water quality greatly reduce survivability. For sensitive species, such as starfish and ornamental shrimp we recommend drip acclimation; a process in which water from the system is slowly dripped into the bag. This precaution allows the organism to slowly adjust to the change in water conditions.


D.O.A & Claims

What is the guarantee and claims?

We guarantee 100% live arrival on direct commercial airport to airport flights only. Claims must be made within 24 hours of of the shipment's arrival. Claims must be attached within the picture of D.O.A. above 5%. Any flight delay or carrier mishandling procedure that caused boxes arrive damaged or loss can’t be claims to us.

How do we get the replacement?

The replacement will be processed on the next shipment
